KNC Chat: Managing the road to SUCCESS!
Let’s talk about success-
We want success! As we should. We want to look at the time we’ve spend and be proud!
- Family
- career
- Hopes and dreams
- Spiritual words
Think about the epitome of ‘success’ - have you thought about what that would look like for you?
Now I want to ask - What if God gave you everything he’s promised right now. Would you be able to handle it?
We’re asking for things and being anxious - but if we got it, we would squander it.
Samson - Judges 13 - 16
Our prayer should be God, don’t give me what I cannot handle. Don’t let me DO things for you, but not have a relationship WITH you.
Praying for the discipline to DO Hebrews 12: 11 - 13
“Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it. Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed.”
